Job summary

Kroll in Dubai is seeking a Dubai-based Senior Manager for the Quantum - Expert Services team to advise on commercial performance, governance, and risk management. You will lead structured quantum analysis, support senior experts in international arbitration and litigation, and prepare analytical sections and materials for expert reports.

Responsibilities include reviewing project documents across infrastructure, oil and gas, and residential sectors; drafting scopes of work and fee proposals;

Qualifications

• MRICS or equivalent standing required.
• Construction or Quantity Surveying education.
• Quantum forensic analysis experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured quantum analysis and support senior experts in arbitration and litigation.
• Prepare analytical sections and supporting materials for expert reports.
• Collaborate with clients and advisers in ADR on complex major projects.
• Review project documents across infrastructure, oil and gas, and residential sectors to identify commercial and quantum issues.
• Draft scopes of work and fee proposals; monitor budgets and fees; mentor junior staff.
