Job summary

Uasmart in Dubai is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead post-contract commercial management for residential projects across the UAE. You will oversee cost control, valuations, variations, and contractual reporting, working with project teams, consultants, subcontractors and clients.

The ideal candidate holds a Quantity Surveying degree, has 8+ years UAE residential experience, strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts, and the ability to join immediately to drive commercial performance on site.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• 8+ years of post-contract experience on UAE residential projects.
• Experience with a building contractor and UAE market.

Responsibilities

• Manage interim payment applications, valuations and final accounts.
• Prepare and evaluate variations, claims and change orders.
• Manage subcontractor procurement, agreements and payments.
• Monitor project costs and cash flow.
• Prepare and maintain commercial reports.
• Work closely with project teams, consultants, clients and subcontractors.
• Support effective contract administration and commercial management.
• Monitor financial performance throughout project execution.
