AtkinsRéalis are seeking experienced Quantity Surveyors to join our team on newly awarded UAE projects across sectors and locations. The role focuses on post‑contract commercial management, re‑measurement and cost reporting, with exposure to high‑rise and residential developments.

Ideal candidates hold a Quantity Surveying degree, 5+ years in contracts and commercial management, and a consultant/client background. Proficiency with CostX or similar QS software is expected.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying from recognised university.
• Min 5 years post-degree experience in contracts and commercial management.
• Experience in high rise office or residential sectors.
• Consultant and/or client background is preferred.
• Knowledge of QS software CostX or similar is required.

Responsabilités

• Post Contract commercial contract administration including re-measurement, interim and final accounts, monthly cost reports, variations, claims, provisional sums, bonds and insurances.
• Attend design and commercial meetings and manage related documentation and processes.
