Qualifications

• 8-10 years of post-graduate experience, including 4-5 years in the Middle East.
• Proven track record in cost consultancy services across large-scale residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
• Strong knowledge of tendering, cost planning, contract administration, and value engineering principles.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver comprehensive pre and post-contract cost consultancy services across multiple construction projects.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, cost plans, and bills of quantities (BOQ) for tendering and procurement processes.
• Administer post-contract services such as payment certification, variation assessment, claim avoidance, and cost reporting.
