Job summary

Eiger Marvel Human Resource Consultancies in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial activities on major projects. You will manage payments, variations, claims, and final accounts while ensuring compliance with FIDIC contracts and UAE standards.

The role requires 12–15 years in Quantity Surveying with strong post-contract consultancy experience and excellent contract administration skills. Immediate or near-immediate joining is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering or related field.
• 12–15 years of experience in Quantity Surveying.
• Strong post-contract consultancy experience.
• Excellent knowledge of FIDIC, contract administration, and commercial management.
• Experience in payment certification, cost control, variations, claims, tendering, and final accounts.

Responsibilities

Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Site Supervision Team in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate should have 12–15 years of experience, with strong post-contract consultancy experience and good knowledge of FIDIC contracts.

The role will involve managing commercial and contractual activities, cost control, payments, variations, claims, and final accounts throughout the project.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and certify contractors’ interim payment applications.
