Vanderlande in United Arab Emirates seeks a Quality Control Manager to lead project QA activities across supplier and in-house teams. You will implement the project quality plan, manage inspections (FAT/SAT), and drive continuous improvement using QA tools and ISO 9001:2015 principles.

Excellent English communication, 6-8 years in quality controls in a project environment, and knowledge of steel fabrication and SCADA/PLC are advantageous.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
• 6-8 years experience in Quality Controls in a project-based environment.
• Knowledge in steel fabrication & installation is an edge.
• Good understanding of SCADA/PLC systems is an advantage.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Guide and control suppliers, subcontractors, and in-house teams to comply with project quality plans and quality control documentation.
• Develop and implement project-related documentation including Inspection, Test Plans, Records, Method Statements, Supplier Quality Requirements collation and analysis for supplier approval.
• Prepare and submit technical documentation such as Inspection Requests, Material Inspection Requests, supplier and subcontractor submittals, and End-Project Documentation.
• Plan and prepare internal project status meeting data to ensure alignment with the planned project schedule.
• Proactively assist in implementing the project quality plan and organizational quality management system, including procedure development, work instructions, forms, etc.
• Document & records control, nonconformity, corrective action, internal audits, and continual improvement opportunities.
• Carry out supplier audits, incoming/in-process/installation inspections, FAT & SAT and record results.
• Prepare and deliver regular work reports and manage schedules to meet deadlines.
• Maintain quality status overview and close open snags/non-conformities with relevant departments.
• Identify improvement opportunities and apply standard quality control tools to present cases for change.
