Job summary

A leading beverage manufacturer in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Quality Supervisor to oversee quality control, implement management systems, and ensure product quality. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in FMCG beverage manufacturing, hold a BSc in Agriculture Food Safety, and possess excellent communication skills. The position offers a full-time on-site role with responsibilities including conducting quality assurance processes and maintaining testing records.

Qualifications

• More than 5 years in FMCG beverage manufacturing and production industry.
• Comprehensive knowledge of HACCP / ISO 22000 / FSSC.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Quality Control techniques.
• Certified Quality Inspector certification preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety Quality standards.
• Residence in Cairo and Giza near October city or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Approve or reject raw materials with respect to quality standards.
• Select output samples and check them using appropriate methods.
• Use automated systems to perform complex testing procedures.
• Schedule co-manufacturing visits and audits.
• Maintain records of testing and various metrics.
• Inspect procedures of the entire production cycle for efficiency.
