Qualifications

• 12 to 15 years of post-degree relevant experience in pre-contract management.
• Experience in hospitality, residential buildings, or infrastructure.
• Consultant and/or client-side experience of at least 4 years.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cost planning and estimating.
• Lead preparation of Bills of Quantities and Cost Reports.
• Manage tender processes and commercial negotiations.

Skills

Experience with FIDIC Contracts

Proficient in QS software (Cost X or similar)

Strong interpersonal skills

Excellent English technical writing
