Job summary

A leading construction materials company in Sharjah is seeking a Senior Quality Control professional to lead the QC team and ensure all concrete products meet required standards and specifications. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 5–7 years of experience in quality control within the ready-mix concrete industry. You'll work closely with production teams to drive quality improvements and compliance with local and international standards.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in quality control within the ready-mix concrete industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of concrete technology and admixtures.
• Familiarity with ASTM, BS, EN, and ACI standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all concrete production meets required technical and customer specifications.
• Implement and improve the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.
• Lead and mentor the Quality Control team.
• Investigate customer complaints and develop improvement plans.
