Job summary

The incumbent will coordinate with clients and third-party inspectors, manage IRs/MIRs, and drive NCR/SOR actions, ensuring proper quality records and project handover documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- 8–10 years of civil quality control experience in construction.
- Experience in HV/EHV substations, preferably 400kV.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor civil quality control activities for HV/EHV substation projects, including 132kV, 220kV, and 400kV substations.
- Review and implement project Quality Control Plans (QCPs), Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and inspection procedures.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and third-party inspection agencies for inspections, testing, and quality approvals.
- Prepare, review, and maintain Inspection Requests (IRs), Material Inspection Requests (MIRs), and other quality documentation.
- Identify, report, and follow up on Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), Site Observation Reports (SORs), and corrective/preventive actions.
