Job summary

ADNOC in Abu Dhabi seeks a Quality Management professional to develop and implement ISO 9000 compliant quality systems for assigned projects, ensuring integrity and fit-for-purpose across engineering, materials, equipment and construction.

You'll review QA/QC plans, monitor activities through design to commissioning, assist in vendor inspections, audits, and ensure corrective actions. The role also involves budgeting support and driving continuous improvement per company standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement ISO 9000–based quality management on assigned projects.
• Review QA/QC plans, inspection and testing procedures to align with company standards.
• Monitor QA/QC activities across project phases and drive preventive actions.
• Collaborate on vendor inspection strategy and TPI agency selection to meet criteria.
• Assess PMC control on TPI resources and provide remedial feedback.
• Coordinate internal/external audits and arrange verifications.
• Review contractor audit programmes and provide independent assessments.
• Plan and supervise activities in the assigned area and train staff.
• Contribute to department budgets and cost-control initiatives.
• Implement approved policies and procedures in line with standards.
• Support performance objectives and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Design tools to improve operational processes and align with ISO standards.
