Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
• 5 years of relevant experience in construction quality control.
• Experience with healthcare, education, or government projects preferred.
• Audit planning and corrective actions.
• Knowledge of international/local codes and standards.
• Proficiency in reporting and documentation.
• Based in UAE with valid driving license.
• Willing to attend personal interview in UAE.
• Immediate hire.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement QA/QC procedures.
• Conduct inspections at project stages.
• Ensure compliance with project specs, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and review quality documentation and test plans.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors to resolve non-conformities.
• Monitor construction activities and perform audits.
• Support continuous improvement and guide site teams on quality issues.
