Job summary

TALENT ONE EMPLOYMENT SERVICES is seeking a Senior QA/QC Engineer / Site QC In-Charge (MEP) to oversee quality assurance and QA/QC activities for large-scale MEP construction projects in Abu Dhabi. You will ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, consultant requirements, and international codes while managing inspections, testing, NCRs, audits, and handover documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
• 10 years of QA/QC experience in MEP construction projects (UAE).
• Experience coordinating with consultants, clients and subcontractors in the UAE/GCC.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor the Project Quality Plan with the QA/QC Manager.
• Ensure compliance with project quality objectives and specifications.
• Prepare and update ITPs, method statements and QA/QC documentation.
• Review specifications, drawings and technical requirements before execution.
• Conduct inspections for MEP installation works and verify materials.
