Job summary

GINCO Cont. Co. LLC is seeking an experienced Electrical QA/QC professional to establish and maintain the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and formulate detailed ITPs.

The role includes WIR/MIR inspections, reviewing electrical WIRs during consultant inspections, and certifying test records. You will proactively investigate NCRs and drive corrective actions for final OM dossiers. Candidate should have 8–12 years in UAE MEP QA/QC with electrical package experience on high-rise, luxury villas, or

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (attested with MOFA).
• 8+ years QA/QC experience.
• ISO 9001 certified auditor preferred.
• 8–12 years in MEP contracting QA/QC in UAE managing electrical packages on high-rise, luxury villas, or communities.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the Project Quality Plan PQP and formulate detailed electrical Inspection Test Plans ITPs.
• WIR MIR Inspections.
• Review and submit electrical WIRs attend consultant inspections and inspect delivered electrical shipments MIRs.
• Testing Commissioning Verification.
• Witness and certify electrical test records megger insulation tests earth loop impedance and relay testing.
• NCR Management Handover.
• Investigate root causes of electrical NCRs supervise rectifications and compile final electrical O M dossiers.
