Job summary

Bureau Veritas | Marine & Offshore in Dubai is seeking a QA/QC Engineer (Civil/Mechanical) for a permanent, on-site role. You will implement HSE policies on site, coordinate daily with area superintendents and site engineers, and manage on-site QA/QC activities and reporting.

Qualifications

• University degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of QA/QC experience in civil/mechanical projects.
• Familiarity with HSE policies and on-site implementation.

Responsibilities

• Implementation of HSE policies and procedures on site according to the local legislation and project HSE plans.
• Coordinate with area superintendents/site engineers on a daily basis to understand what field activities are to be performed in order to provide site safety cover.
• Manage reports and present summaries to management with suggested solutions.
