Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of QA/QC experience within construction, infrastructure, or engineering project environments.
• Strong background in quality assurance and quality control practices for civil engineering and transportation-related projects.
• Practical knowledge of ISO 9001, inspection procedures, testing requirements, audits, NCR management, and quality documentation.
• Ability to review technical documents, identify quality gaps, and coordinate solutions with multiple project stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills with confidence to work closely with contractors, consultants, and internal project teams.
• Detail-focused approach with strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in large-scale infrastructure, transportation, or site-based construction projects will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Management Plan.
• Review project specifications, contractual requirements, and quality procedures.
• Conduct inspections and testing checks on materials and workmanship.
• Coordinate with contractors and consultants to resolve quality-related issues.
• Monitor non-conformance reports and follow up on actions until closure.
• Maintain accurate QA/QC documentation and inspection reports.
• Perform internal and support external audits for compliance verification.
• Ensure measuring and testing equipment is properly calibrated.
• Identify recurring quality concerns and support improvement initiatives.
• Promote safe and quality-focused work practices.
