Qualifications

• Selenium WebDriver expertise with Page Object Model and cross‑browser testing.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript for framework development.
• Experience applying GenAI tools (OpenAI API, Claude Code, Cursor) to real workflows.
• CI/CD experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
• Strong SQL skills; ability to parse logs and build dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end test automation strategy for key product areas.
• Design, implement, and scale Selenium‑based frameworks across browsers.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and ensure fast feedback.
• Leverage GenAI to generate tests, analyze results, and surface edge cases.
• Mentor junior engineers on frameworks, GenAI workflows, and data‑driven decisions.
• Collaborate with product and dev teams to define acceptance criteria.
