SYSCORT FINTECH PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking an experienced QA Lead – Automation in the UAE with 8–10 years of QA expertise. You will lead hands-on automation efforts, design robust frameworks, and mentor a growing team of QA engineers across projects.

The role requires Java + Selenium mastery, API testing, and strong CI/CD knowledge to ensure high-quality releases in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of overall QA/testing experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in Java + Selenium automation.
• Experience designing and maintaining automation frameworks.
• 2+ years of QA team leadership / technical leadership experience.
• Experience mentoring and managing QA engineers.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Java + Selenium automation frameworks.
• Write and maintain automated test scripts for functional, regression and integration tests.
• Define automation strategy, standards and best practices.
• Lead and mentor QA engineers and automation testers.
• Collaborate with Developers, Business Analysts, Product Owners and Project Managers.
• Coordinate with CI/CD pipelines and monitor test execution.
