Blackstone eIT is seeking an experienced QA Automation professional to own QA across web, mobile, ERP and integrations. You will define risk-based testing, automate regression suites and ensure release readiness for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform changes.

The role requires strong Arabic proficiency, experience with Playwright/Cypress/Selenium, Appium and API testing, with CI/CD integration and data validation across Dataverse.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years in software QA, including at least 3 years developing automated tests for enterprise or government applications.
• Strong hands-on experience with Playwright, Cypress or Selenium.
• Experience with Appium for Android/iOS testing.
• Strong experience with Postman/Newman, REST APIs and authentication flows.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python or Java for test automation.
• Practical experience with k6 or JMeter, workload modelling and performance-result analysis.
• Ability to query SQL Server and validate Dataverse records and cross-system transactions.
• Experience testing Dynamics 365 or Power Platform applications preferred.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions, Git, and defect/test management.
• Understanding of OWASP risks and accessibility testing principles.
• ISTQB certification preferred.
• Arabic proficiency preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Test planning: Define risk-based test strategies, plans, scenarios and requirements traceability.
• End-to-end testing: Validate service journeys across portals, mobile apps, CRM, approvals, payments and integrations.
• Test automation: Build and maintain reusable automated web, mobile and API regression suites.
• Integration testing: Validate API contracts, authentication, data mapping, retries and duplicate transactions.
• Enterprise application testing: Test Dynamics 365 and Power Platform changes and data consistency.
• Localization and usability: Validate Arabic/English content, RTL layouts, accessibility and browser/device compatibility.
• Performance and security: Conduct load testing and application security checks within scope.
• Defect management: Record defects, support triage, verify fixes and track issues.
• UAT and release assurance: Coordinate business UAT and provide release-readiness recommendations.
• CI/CD integration: Integrate automated tests into delivery pipelines and maintain test data.
