Job summary

Duncan & Ross is seeking an experienced Python Developer to lead ERP data migration and integration efforts in a Dubai-based role. You will design robust data pipelines, automate migrations, and ensure data integrity across ERP systems such as Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics.

Key tasks include ETL development, data extraction, transformation and loading from legacy platforms, and collaboration with BI and ERP product owners to align migration strategy with business needs while maintaining high data

Qualifications

5-8 years of professional experience as a Python Developer.
Strong experience with data migration, data transformation and data pipelines.
Hands-on experience with Oracle and/or Microsoft Dynamics (or other ERP systems).
Familiarity with ETL tools, APIs and database management concepts.

Responsibilities

Design, develop and maintain Python-based data migration scripts and pipelines.
Work on ETL processes from legacy systems to new ERP platforms.
Collaborate with BI and ERP product owners to align migration strategy with business needs.
Ensure data quality, consistency and accuracy throughout the migration lifecycle.
Troubleshoot and optimize performance of migration and data processing scripts.
Support testing and validation phases of the ERP rollout.
Document processes, workflows and data mappings.
