As a Senior Property Sales Agent, you will:
Drive sales across secondary and commercial property markets.
Use your existing personal brand and client relationships to generate and close high-value transactions.
Collaborate with a full in-house content team (videographers, editors, designers, Head of Content) to amplify your reach through video reels and podcast features.
Play a key role in building a high-performance, values-driven culture based on discipline, creativity, and ambition.
Progress into leadership and team management, mentoring the next wave of agents.
Proven record of achieving 1M AED annual GCF (gross commission flow).
Strong personal brand/social media presence already positioned as a trusted industry voice.
British, European, or US background (Dubai real estate experience preferred).
