Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning, budgeting, and financial analysis for the assigned property portfolio.
• Develop and nurture strong tenant relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
• Prepare and manage annual budgets for each project.
• Manage tendering and negotiating of supplier agreements and SLAs.
• Oversee maintenance operations and ensure properties are well-maintained.
