Housess Real Estate is seeking experienced Senior Property Consultants to lead our teams from the Dubai Hills Estate office, covering ready and off-plan properties in Dubai. You will drive sales and leasing across residential markets, building on a strong deal history and a results-driven approach.

Ideal candidates have proven Dubai real estate experience and leadership capability to guide both the sales and leasing teams, with a track record of success in off-plan and resale markets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in the Dubai real estate market.
• Demonstrated history of successful property transactions.
• Results-driven with strong leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a sales team in Dubai's residential market from Dubai Hills Estate office.
• Lead the leasing team in the residential rental market.
• Manage experienced off-plan and secondary (resale) agents within the growing sales team.
