Job description

Responsibility

• 1. Manage the full lifecycle of ICT integration projects, including project initiation, planning, implementation, and acceptance.
• 2. Gather customer requirements; lead or participate in technical solution design, quotation requests, and bidding support.
• 3. Coordinate internal and external resources to address technical and management issues encountered during project implementation.
• 4. Develop and maintain partnerships in the ICT field.
• 5. Ensure timely response to post-sales issues, including on-site troubleshooting and resolution.
• 6. Summarize project experience to continuously optimize project management processes and methodologies, and improve the project management system.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Electronic Information Technology, Telecommunications Engineering, or related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in ICT pre-sales technical support or project management (e.g., networking, servers, storage, data centers, security monitoring, cybersecurity, cloud computing, etc.), with a solid understanding of full project lifecycle management. Experience in managing large-scale ICT integration projects.
• Familiar with ICT-related technologies and project management methodologies. Holders of HCIP, CCNP, PMP are preferred.
• Strong skills in ICT solution design and project documentation (proficient in using AutoCAD, Visio, PowerPoint, and Office tools for basic design and documentation).
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Strong risk management and problem-solving abilities, able to perform calmly and efficiently under pressure.
• Candidates with less experience would be considered for junior positions.
