Qualifications

• 6+ years of digital project management experience in an agency or digital product environment.
• Proven track record delivering multiple projects on deadlines.
• Strong agile / Scrum background; PSM, CSM, or PMP is a plus.
• Confident managing both clients and technical teams.
• Fluent written and verbal English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery end to end: planning, governance, agile ceremonies, scope, risk, budget, and client communication.
• Run multiple concurrent web, product, and platform projects to deadline.
• Coordinate cross-functional, offshore, and freelance teams.
• Manage clients and technical teams directly (client-facing role).
• Report to the Delivery Director.
