Job summary

Vrinda Global is seeking an experienced Project Manager for our Dubai location to lead large-scale road and infrastructure projects under the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA). The role requires 15–20 years of experience in civil infrastructure, strong execution, site management, and planning skills.

The candidate will coordinate with RTA authorities, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure delivery on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree/B.Tech in civil, mechanical, or electrical engineering.
• 15–20 years of experience in road construction, infrastructure, and civil engineering projects.
• Strong experience in RTA projects is mandatory.
• Proven track record in project execution and site management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end execution of RTA road and infrastructure projects.
• Oversee site activities to ensure project delivery within approved timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with RTA authorities, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Monitor project progress, resolve site issues, and implement corrective actions to avoid delays.
• Manage project planning, resource allocation, manpower, equipment, and material requirements.
• Ensure compliance with RTA specifications, project standards, HSE requirements, and quality procedures.
• Review project schedules, progress reports, budgets, and execution milestones.
