Job summary

Vrinda Global in Dubai is seeking an experienced Project Director to lead large-scale road and infrastructure programs with a strong focus on RTA projects. You will drive delivery strategy, budgets, schedules, and stakeholder coordination with RTA authorities to ensure projects are completed safely, within budget, and on schedule.

The ideal candidate has 25–30 years of experience in road construction and infrastructure project management, with extensive Dubai RTA exposure and a proven track

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• 25–30 years of experience in road construction and infrastructure project management.
• Extensive experience in RTA projects in Dubai is highly preferred, ideally mandatory.
• Proven track record of directing large-scale road and infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of RTA standards, procedures, and project approval requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall execution and delivery of major RTA road and infrastructure projects.
• Oversee project planning, construction, resource allocation, and progress monitoring.
• Manage project budgets, cost control, profitability, cash flow, and contractual obligations.
• Maintain strong relationships with RTA authorities, clients, consultants, and key stakeholders.
• Monitor project schedules, resolve critical execution challenges, and ensure timely completion.
• Lead project managers, construction teams, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure compliance with RTA standards, technical specifications, quality requirements, and HSE regulations.
