Job summary

Centurion Properties LLC in Dubai seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead end-to-end residential and commercial development projects on behalf of the developer. You will manage consultants, main and subcontractors, and coordinate with government authorities to align execution with business objectives.

Responsibilities include planning, scheduling, budget tracking, progress monitoring across multiple sites, approving deliverables, and ensuring compliance with regulations and milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
• 12+ years of experience in real estate or construction project management.
• 5+ years in a leadership capacity.
• Experience delivering large-scale residential/commercial developments in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of local construction regulations and permitting processes.
• Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of residential and commercial developments on behalf of the developer.
• Manage relationships with consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, and government authorities.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, budget tracking, and progress monitoring across multiple active sites.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, legal, and sales teams to align execution with business objectives.
• Review and approve project deliverables including design drawings, BOQs, construction plans, and progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, project milestones, building regulations, and authority approvals (Dubai Municipality, RERA, Trakhees, etc.).
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor work quality, progress, and adherence to timelines.
• Identify project risks and initiate timely corrective measures to mitigate delays or budget overruns.
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
