Ready Mix Concrete Company seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee projects from initiation to completion in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role requires a proven track record in project planning, risk management, client relations, progress reporting, problem-solving, and contract management within the ready-mix/construction sector.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to manage complex construction projects successfully.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in project management in construction.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, outlining scope, objectives, timelines and resources.
• Risk Management: Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Client Relations: Build and maintain relationships with clients, addressing needs and ensuring satisfaction.
• Progress Reporting: Monitor progress and prepare comprehensive reports for stakeholders.
• Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
• Contract Management: Ensure contract compliance, manage budgets and optimize resource allocation.
