A leading consultancy in the Middle East is seeking a Senior Project Manager based in Dubai to lead complex office fit-out projects. The ideal candidate has over 12 years of project management experience and strong leadership skills. This role involves managing local teams and ensuring compliance with industry standards while delivering projects on time and within budget. Fluency in English is required, and Arabic is preferable.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years project management experience, preferably within a consultancy environment.
• Proven expertise in corporate office fit-out projects.
• In-depth knowledge of local regulations, by-laws, and industry practices (UAE and KSA).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage local project teams through all phases of design, development, and construction.
• Oversee all project phases, including feasibility, budgeting, procurement, construction, handover, and post-completion reviews.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
• Monitor and control project budgets, schedules, and deliverables to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
