Mace is delivering a major expansion programme in Dubai, transforming a flagship development into a world-leading events and exhibitions destination. We are seeking an experienced senior project manager to lead the delivery of major high-value car parking projects from concept design through handover.

This role requires strong leadership to manage consultants, contractors, and stakeholders across the full lifecycle, with a track record in large-scale infrastructure or parking structures and UAE

Qualifications

• Experience delivering large, complex building or infrastructure projects.
• Experience across design development, procurement, and construction delivery.
• Experience in a PMC, consultancy, developer or major project environment preferred.
• Chartered membership (CIOB, RICS, ICE, APM or PMP) advantageous.
• Previous UAE or wider GCC major-project experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of major car parking projects from concept design through to completion and handover.
• Supervising the development of the existing concept design through detailed design, ensuring alignment with project requirements, programme, budget and buildability.
• Managing and coordinating multidisciplinary design consultants across architecture, structural, civil, MEP, transport, and specialist disciplines.
• Driving design reviews, value engineering, constructability reviews, and resolution of key technical and interface issues.
• Developing the procurement and packaging strategy in conjunction with commercial, procurement, and technical teams.
• Supporting tendering, contractor selection, technical evaluations, and contract award.
• Establishing and managing the overall project delivery strategy, programme, key milestones, and critical interfaces.
• Directing appointed contractors through mobilisation, construction, testing, commissioning, and handover.
