Job summary

Pergola UAE Aluminium SPS LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of aluminium, steel and glass projects in the UAE. You will manage a team of Project Engineers, ensure delivery within quality and timelines, and maintain strong client relationships.

The role requires a highly technical, organized leader who can drive planning, governance and continuous improvement across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 5+ years of relevant project-management experience.
• 3+ years as a Project Manager.
• 3+ years UAE experience.
• Proven team-management experience.
• Valid UAE Driving License.
• Computer literate with project-management systems.
• Strong technical ability in drawings, constructability, QA/QC and site execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead the regular-project portfolio of approximately 100–130+ active projects.
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of 8 Project Engineers.
• Maintain visibility of project status, deadlines, client commitments, drawing approvals, material readiness and site progress.
• Coordinate with Planning Engineer to monitor schedules and milestones.
• Intervene promptly to recover delays and re-prioritize actions.
• Coordinate with multiple departments to resolve cross-functional issues affecting delivery.
• Lead major client escalations with professional communication.
• Own the Project Portfolio Status / Management Dashboard.
