Important Information

This is a 6-month maternity cover contract running from October to March, based in our Dubai office.

Who You Are

You’re the person who can keep a campaign, a content shoot, a production schedule, three client requests, and a slightly panicked creative team moving in the same direction. You love bringing order to chaos, know your way around complex productions, and can spot a risk before it becomes an urgent Slack message. Calm, organised, commercially savvy, and great with people, you're the kind of person teams trust when the stakes are high and the timelines are tight.

What You'll Do

• Lead Portfolio Delivery: Oversee projects across a client portfolio, ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.
• Own Complex Productions: Lead large-scale campaigns, content shoots, productions, and cross-functional projects from planning through to delivery.
• Partner with Clients: Build trusted relationships, manage expectations, navigate challenges, and keep projects moving forward.
• Lead the Team: Support and mentor Project Managers, helping create a delivery culture that is collaborative, accountable, and solutions-focused.
• Drive Better Ways of Working: Help improve processes, planning, and delivery operations as Tactical continues to grow.

What You'll Bring

• 6–8 years of project or delivery management experience in a creative, social, digital, or production agency.
• Strong production experience, including managing shoots and complex campaign delivery.
• Confidence managing clients, budgets, timelines, and multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Experience mentoring team members and leading delivery across large accounts.
• A proactive mindset, sharp problem-solving skills, and the ability to stay calm when everything suddenly becomes priority one.
