Job Purpose:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO). This role is critical in leading the planning, execution, and successful delivery of strategic, bank‑wide initiatives that align with our long‑term objectives. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, cross‑functional collaboration, and problem‑solving expertise to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Lead and manage projects throughout the entire lifecycle – from ideation and initiation through execution, closure, and post‑implementation review.
  • Define clear, measurable project objectives that directly support organizational strategy.
  • Drive compliance with EPMO standards, governance, and audit requirements, maintaining accurate project records and documentation.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations by conducting regular updates, progress reports, and steering committee reviews.
  • Plan, lead, and monitor project teams to deliver on scope, quality, cost, and timelines.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, vendor evaluations (RFI/RFP), and risk assessments to support solution/vendor selection.
  • Collaborate with third‑party vendors, service providers, and internal teams to ensure deliverables meet specifications.
  • Oversee resource allocation, contracts, budgets, and financial tracking to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Implement quality assurance, governance, and change control processes for risk mitigation and issue resolution.
  • Capture lessons learned and conduct post‑implementation reviews to measure value delivery and enable continuous improvement.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Project, Visio, and PPM tools (MS EPM, Clarity, Jira).

Qualifications:
