Job summary

Uae Job Alert in Dubai is seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to lead engineering projects from planning through final handover. You will oversee project execution, coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure quality and safety compliance.

The ideal candidate has 6–9 years of project engineering experience, including 3–4 years in a senior role, with a background in MEP, infrastructure, or facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
• 6–9 years of project engineering experience, including 3–4 years in a senior/supervisory role.
• Practical experience in Facility Management, MEP, infrastructure, construction, or industrial engineering projects.
• Familiarity with CAFM or CMMS software will be considered an added advantage.
• Good understanding of UAE engineering regulations, QA procedures, health & safety standards, and facility management best practices.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage engineering projects throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and work programs.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure all activities comply with project specifications, contractual obligations, company policies, quality standards, and health & safety regulations.
• Review engineering documents, technical submissions, work methodologies, and project-related reports.
• Identify technical issues, resolve site challenges, and support effective design coordination.
• Track project costs, monitor variations, evaluate contractor performance, and provide input during procurement activities.
• Supervise inspections, testing, commissioning, snag rectification, and handover documentation.
• Prepare regular progress reports, project updates, risk assessments, and performance metrics for management.
• Support continuous process improvements and facilitate a seamless transition to operations or FM teams.
