Job summary

Midis Group is seeking a Senior Project Engineer in Dubai to lead engineering and technical tasks for solar projects, ensuring timely deliverables and client satisfaction. You will manage scheduling, resourcing, and coordinate project teams on site, maintaining safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include interfacing with clients, developing design direction, handling RFIs/RFPs, and mentoring the project team to optimize workflows and performance in line with contract parameters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 4+ years of solar energy experience in the region.

Responsibilities

• Interact with clients to interpret their needs and represent them on site.
• Prepare schedule, coordinate and monitor assigned projects.
• Assign responsibilities, review deliverables and mentor project team.
• Lead primary design direction and collaboration between teams.
• Develop and present all RFIs and RFPs responses.
• Implement safety procedures and guidelines for safe working conditions within all facilities.
• Monitor compliance to applicable codes, policies, performance standards and specifications.
• Prepare and submit status and other relevant project reports.
• Modify project plans and schedules to ensure contract parameters are met.

Position Requirements
