Job summary

Michael Page International (Canada) is seeking a Project Director for our Dubai-based client to lead end-to-end delivery of major horizontal infrastructure and community development projects, overseeing roads, utilities, power, and enabling works.

You will manage project consultants, contractors, and partners, drive value engineering, governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement, delivering on schedule, budget, and safety.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Experience delivering large-scale master-planned communities or infrastructure-led projects.
• Strong stakeholder management, governance, and leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of horizontal infrastructure and community projects.
• Oversee planning, design, procurement and execution of roads, utilities and enabling works.
• Manage consultants, contractors, and delivery partners to meet programme, budget, quality, and safety goals.
• Develop and implement project delivery strategies aligned with development goals.
• Drive stakeholder engagement with internal departments, authorities and partners.
• Monitor progress, risks, change management, and commercial performance across workstreams.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, governance, and standards.
• Lead value engineering and risk management to optimize outcomes.
• Provide strategic leadership and develop direct reports.
• Deliver reporting and recommendations to senior management on status and mitigations.
