Job summary

Abu Dhabi University in Abu Dhabi invites applications for an Associate/Full Professor position in the graduate program of Engineering Management (MEM) and related PhD tracks. The appointment supports teaching, research, and service within the College of Engineering.

The successful candidate will teach graduate MEM/MPM courses, lead research initiatives, and contribute to program development while collaborating with colleagues across departments.

Qualifications

• Earned doctorate from an accredited institute in Engineering or related field with distinction.
• Ph.D. with experience in two areas or more: OR/AND related domains as listed.
• Record of distinguished achievement in research quality and impact.
• University teaching experience at graduate levels.
• Experience working with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent communication skills and commitment to scholarship and diversity.
• Familiarity with new teaching media and varied student skill development.

Responsibilities

• Teach in the Master’s and PhD programmes of MEM and MPM.
• Engage in research activities and scholarly output.
• Participate in growth, development of the programmes, College, and University service.
