Job summary

Abu Dhabi University invites applications for Associate/Full Professor in the Engineering Management graduate program (MEM/MPM). Located in Abu Dhabi, the College of Engineering hosts ABET-accredited programs and strong research activity.

The successful candidate will teach graduate courses, supervise theses, and advance research in areas such as Industrial Engineering, Project & Contract Management, and Sustainability, while contributing to the university's growth and regional impact.

Qualifications

Earned doctorate from an accredited institute in Engineering or related field.
PhD with two or more areas among: Operations Research, and Supply Chain Management; Project & Contract Management; Total Quality Management; Finance and Accounting; Economics and Marketing; Health and Safety; HRM and Organizational Behavior; Environmental and Sustainability Aspects.
Record of distinguished achievement in research in terms of quality and impact.
University teaching experience at the graduate levels.
Experience working with people from different ethnic backgrounds.
Familiarity with modern teaching media and diverse student skill needs.

Responsibilities

Teach in the Master’s and PhD programs of MEM and MPM; engage in research activities and university service.
Contribute to growth and development of the programs, College, and University.
