Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, procurement, business, engineering or related field.
• MBA or related Master’s in Supply Chain/Operations is preferred.
• Professional certifications such as PMP or Lean Six Sigma are advantageous for process optimization and HSSE compliance.

Aufgaben

• Build the multi-year product planning strategy aligned to revenue, margin, and operating plans.
• Define and lead the cross-functional Sales & Operations Planning cycle with Demand, Supply, Commercial, and Finance.
• Establish product lifecycle governance across 20+ product lines and channels.
• Deliver forecasts augmented by market and promotion inputs to improve accuracy and reduce bias.
