Job summary

Tabby is seeking a Senior Product Manager for P2P and local transfers to lead the growth of Tabby Cash in the UAE and beyond. You will own strategy, roadmap, and cross-functional delivery with engineering, design, data, marketing, legal, compliance, and banking partners.

You will build local rails, partner integrations, and money-move features like requests, split bills, and QR payments, while tracking KPIs and aligning with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in P2P, wallets or mobile banking.
• Proven track record of launching consumer payment products.
• Experience delivering products with banks or payment rails.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy and roadmap for P2P transfers and local payments.
• Launch local payment rails and partner integrations end to end.
• Implement viral money features like request money and split bills.
• Grow the Tabby Cash sender/recipient network.
• Coordinate with legal, compliance, risk and core banking teams.
• Lead KSA local transfer launches with partners.
• Define team rituals and delivery cadence.
• Set and track KPIs and run experiments to improve them.
• Monitor market trends to stay ahead of competitors.
• Plan launches with marketing and communications for adoption.
