Qualifications

• 7-11 years of experience in investment product management in asset management or equivalent regulated financial services.
• Proven experience managing and launching investment funds across multiple jurisdictions.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ongoing management and development of the product range to align with strategy.
• Lead new fund launches and product development with stakeholder approvals.
• Maintain product documentation including presentations, factsheets, FAQs, and guides.
• Drive product governance, KPI monitoring and investor flow analysis.
• Maintain registers, launch pipelines and reporting trackers; ensure regulatory approvals.
• Collaborate with legal/compliance and governance to implement changes.
• Support product rationalisation, enhancements, mergers, and closures as needed.
• Engage distributors, index providers and fund advisers to strengthen partnerships.
