Job summary

Equiti seeks a Senior Product Manager – Crypto to lead delivery of its digital asset suite, including spot trading, wallets, custody, and staking. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle, from discovery to go-live, in a fast-evolving, regulated environment.

You will coordinate with Technology, Operations, Compliance, and Business stakeholders in Dubai to ensure scalable, secure product capabilities.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of product management experience in crypto platforms, fintech, or trading.
• Proven experience delivering crypto products (Spot trading, Wallets, Custody, or Staking).
• Strong understanding of crypto trading lifecycle, including order execution, liquidity, and settlement.
• Experience with regulated environments or compliance-driven product development.
• Arabic language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the crypto product roadmap for spot, wallets, and future capabilities.
• Translate strategy into clear product requirements and delivery plans.
• Ensure security and operational readiness before go-live.

Senior Product Manager – Crypto in our office in Dubai

We are seeking a highly driven and execution-focused Senior Product Manager – Crypto to lead the delivery and continuous evolution of Equiti’s digital asset product suite, including spot trading, derivatives (where applicable), wallets, and staking/yield products.

This role is critical in translating Equiti’s crypto strategy into scalable, secure, and compliant product capabilities, ensuring seamless coordination across Technology, Operations, Development, QA, Project Management, and Business stakeholders.

The successful candidate will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and planning through execution and go-live, within a fast-evolving and highly regulated digital asset environment.

Responsibilities

Product Ownership & Delivery Execution

• Own the execution of the crypto product roadmap, including Spot, Wallets, and future capabilities (e.g., staking, derivatives)
• Translate strategic initiatives into clear product requirements, user stories, and delivery plans
• Ensure operational and security readiness prior to go-live

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Act as the central point of alignment between Product, Engineering, QA, Project Management, and Business teams
• Work closely with Blockchain Engineers, Backend Teams, and Security functions
• Coordinate with QA teams for functional, integration, and security validation
• Partner with Operations, Compliance, and Customer Support to ensure seamless product rollout

Product Discovery & Requirements Definition

• Lead product discovery efforts, including crypto market research, competitor benchmarking, and user behaviour analysis
• Define end-to-end user journeys across trading, deposits/withdrawals, custody, and staking
• Ensure clarity on order lifecycle, liquidity sourcing, pricing, and execution flows
• Support feasibility analysis across technology, liquidity, regulatory, and operational dimensions

Infrastructure & Ecosystem Integration

• Support integration with liquidity providers, exchanges, custody providers, and wallet infrastructure
• Work with internal teams to define custody models (hot/cold wallets), transaction flows, and reconciliation processes
• Ensure smooth implementation of on-chain and off-chain transaction handling
• Contribute to defining scalable architecture for multi-asset + crypto convergence within the SuperApp

Governance, Risk & Compliance Alignment

• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, and Legal teams to ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks (e.g., VARA, MiCA, offshore jurisdictions)
• Ensure proper implementation of AML, transaction monitoring, and wallet security controls
• Support governance processes with clear documentation, risk assessments, and audit readiness
• Provide transparent delivery updates and risk escalation
• Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for enhancement and innovation
• Drive improvements in execution efficiency, system reliability, and security posture
• Stay up to date with crypto market trends, DeFi innovation, and regulatory developments
• Contribute to evolving Equiti’s digital asset product framework and best practices
• Strong execution mindset with the ability to manage complex, fast-paced delivery cycles
• Solid understanding of digital asset ecosystems, blockchain fundamentals, and trading mechanics
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear, structured product specifications
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working with Agile / Scrum methodologies
• High attention to detail, particularly around security and transaction flows

Experience Requirements

• 3–6 years of Product Management experience within crypto platforms, fintech, or trading environments
• Proven experience delivering crypto products (Spot trading, Wallets, Custody, or Staking)
• Strong understanding of crypto trading lifecycle, including order execution, liquidity, and settlement
• Experience working in cross-functional delivery environments with Engineering and QA
• Exposure to regulated environments or compliance-driven product development
• Experience with exchange integrations, liquidity aggregation, or market-making setups
• Familiarity with custody solutions (e.g., Fireblocks, BitGo) and wallet infrastructure
• Experience working in multi-jurisdiction regulatory environments
• Arabic language is a plus
