About the Role

As an experienced Senior Product Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our products. You will be at the forefront of driving the development and enhancement of products in collaboration with the Product team and Development Team.

Main Job Responsibilities
  • Define the product strategy and roadmap in close collaboration with the senior management team and other key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with the organization's objectives.
  • Drive the development of innovative products and services, establishing new unique selling propositions in key markets and ensuring differentiation from competitors.
  • Maintain comprehensive visibility of product operations and growth, facilitating timely data-informed decisions across the organization.
  • Develop and manage the end-to‑end process for collecting business requirements, incorporating inputs from executives, and ensuring comprehensive understanding and alignment.
  • Work collaboratively with the product development team to validate and deliver successful products through design, build, test, release, and maintenance while ensuring revenue, efficiency, and customer satisfaction goals are met.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our data and analytics to incorporate into product planning.
  • Communicate the state of projects across.
  • Conduct and analyze various A/B testing use cases and optimizations to improve conversions.
Qualifications
  • 4+ years experience in product management in e-commerce, ticketing or any related field.
  • English proficiency is a must, and knowledge of Russian or Arabic is an advantage.
  • Experience in A/B testing.
  • Experience with agile planning, development, and communication management tools: JIRA, Slack, and similar.
  • Experienced working as part of a distributed & remote team.
  • A great sense for business, technology, and UX – with proven ability to work with business stakeholders and developers, in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to ask the right questions, and use both quantitative and qualitative metrics to answer them.
  • Experience working across multiple teams and delivering platform‑wide solutions would be an advantage.
