Job summary

Halian is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Financial Services and AI-enabled products in Abu Dhabi. You will own an enterprise-grade product area within highly regulated environments and collaborate with engineering, regulators, and clients.

The role emphasizes AI capabilities, payments, settlement systems, and banking platforms, with opportunities to scale and lead teams over time.

The role requires 10+ years in financial services, strong product leadership, and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

10+ years in Financial Services, FinTech, Banking, Payments, Insurance, or related regulated industries.
Proven ownership of products from discovery to scale.
Experience in payments, settlement systems, and banking infrastructure; openness to regulatory platforms.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through implementation and adoption.
Lead development of enterprise-grade financial products with a focus on payments and settlement systems.
Translate business requirements, regulatory obligations, and customer needs into scalable solutions.
Work with engineering to define architecture, requirements, prioritization, and delivery plans.
Drive product roadmap and strategic planning aligned to business objectives.
Apply AI to improve products, processes, and operational efficiency in financial services environments.
Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, regulators, vendors, and external partners.
Lead complex product initiatives independently and mentor junior product professionals.
