Job summary

Venture Search is partnered with a multi‑billion dollar AUM asset manager in Dubai to appoint a Senior Product Manager. This role focuses on hands‑on product development and structuring across traditional and private markets, not a technology product role.

You will work with senior leadership through the full product life cycle, including structuring, launch and ongoing management, while mentoring junior team members. Global exposure and jurisdictional breadth are key.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable hands‑on experience structuring investment products.
• Experience across traditional and private market asset classes.
• Senior‑level autonomy in product decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, structuring and launch of new investment products across global equities, global fixed income, emerging markets, GCC markets and private markets.
• Establish investment vehicles across multiple fund jurisdictions and manage them through their life cycle.
• Own execution strategy and project management across the product pipeline.
• Manage legal, counterparty, compliance and regulatory workstreams associated with product launches.
• Support distribution and marketing on product positioning and go to market.
• Mentor two junior product and marketing professionals.
