Job summary

Al Tayer Group is seeking a Product Manager to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of customer-facing features for its luxury retail platforms in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on data-driven insights, roadmap ownership, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-quality product outcomes.

You will work with UX/design and analytics to validate problems, test solutions, and drive continuous improvement aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in computer science, software engineering, business or equivalent practical experience.
• 3-5 years of product or program management experience in e-commerce/retail.
• Hands-on experience with Magento, Salesforce or similar platforms.
• English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation through launch and improvements.
• Gather insights from internal/external sources to shape product concepts and address customer needs.
• Participate in cross-functional teams through all development stages and address challenges.
• Lead and coordinate the product team to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Provide SME guidance on product development best practices and industry trends.
• Own the comprehensive product roadmap and manage dependencies across programs.
• Advocate for stakeholders' needs to align product with business goals and ensure quality.
• Implement analytics and tracking to support data-driven decisions.
• Define metrics to gauge product success and drive ongoing improvements.
• Collaborate with UX/Product Design for testing through wireframes to prototypes.
