About the Role

We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and critical‑thinking Senior Producer to lead the production of our largest experiences. The role requires flexibility, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines while staying within budget. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in the production of live events, permanent attractions, and/or immersive experiences.

The Senior Producer will oversee multidisciplinary teams across creative, technical, and operational domains to deliver a compelling high‑quality experience on time and on budget. They will research and implement new production formats, technologies, and solutions that could enhance Fever’s experiences and play a pivotal role in shaping our event strategy.

You Will
  • Manage all aspects of event/project productions, including pre‑production logistics, planning, vendor selection, hiring, and onsite execution.
  • Develop and manage production budgets, optimize resources, identify revenue‑generating opportunities, and implement cost‑saving measures.
  • Collaborate closely with creative directors, technical leads, designers, producers, and external partners.
  • Manage vendors and service providers throughout the planning and execution process to ensure delivery of quality services.
  • Support relations and launch planning with venues, third‑party vendors, and talent.
  • Source and manage construction consultants and companies for venue remediation of permanent installations.
  • Create and own production timelines, ensuring teams stay on schedule.
  • Secure proper event permits, meet insurance requirements, complete risk assessments, and stay knowledgeable of local regulations.
  • Plan and execute all necessary preparations to pass inspections and obtain the Building Completion Certificate.
  • Prepare operational documentation, including life safety planning, emergency action plans, incident reporting procedures, logs, SOPs, and signage matrix.
  • Source, negotiate, hire, and manage a local staffing agency to provide staff as needed.
  • Prepare staff training materials and conduct thorough training for management and event staff.
  • Plan and order all operational supplies required for show installation and operation.
  • Oversee day‑to‑day production activities, including milestone planning, asset tracking, risk assessment, and troubleshooting.
  • Ensure deliverables are met on time and at the highest quality, focusing on audience engagement and innovation.
  • Maintain clear documentation and communication across all phases of production.
  • Provide in‑person oversight of the experience installation process, acting as the point of contact for on‑ground questions and decisions.
  • Handle administrative duties, including expense reports, invoicing, and contract work with the legal department.
  • Work across multiple time zones.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in live events and/or experience production industry.
  • Professional fluency in English; other languages are a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage event production in a fast‑paced, organized, and efficient manner.
  • Innovative mindset with a proven track record in vendor negotiations, production budgeting, and permitting compliance.
  • Solid understanding of technical production requirements and basic knowledge of fabrication processes.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and guiding teams.
