Job summary

A global consulting and engineering firm is seeking an experienced Procurement Planner to join its team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining procurement schedules for large-scale projects in the energy sector. Candidates with 8-12 years of procurement planning experience and a strong background in oil & gas or infrastructure are preferred. Qualifications

  • Minimum 8-12 years of procurement planning experience, preferably on large-scale EPCM or EPC projects in oil & gas, mining, energy, or infrastructure.
  • Experience with procurement modules in ERP systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the project's procurement schedule.
  • Collaborate with engineering, contracts, logistics, and construction teams.
  • Develop and maintain procurement progress curves and KPIs.

Skills

Proficiency in scheduling tools (Primavera P6, MS Project)
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Knowledge of international procurement and logistics

Education

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Engineering, Business, or related discipline
