Job summary

Veolia is seeking a Senior Engineer- Process EPP for Gulf operations in Sharjah. The role focuses on designing, optimizing, and managing wastewater treatment and recycling systems with strong leadership and advanced tech integration.

The position requires extensive experience, English fluency, and willingness to travel to project sites; candidates will coordinate with global teams and drive cost-effective, sustainable solutions.

Qualifications

Master's or Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Environmental Engineering.
15+ years of experience in process design for wastewater treatment and recycle systems.
Strong background in Sewage Treatment Plant, Industrial Wastewater Treatment and recycle plants.
Willingness to travel to project sites and possibly other countries.

Responsibilities

Read tender documents and understand client requirements for projects.
Develop process schemes and calculations for municipal and industrial plants.
Create PFDs, P&IDs, mass balances, and equipment sizing.
Provide on-site troubleshooting and support during startup, commissioning, and testing.
Lead process design reviews and support commercial teams in bids.
